Our promise

At Riot Time Studios, we put everything into making quality books worth keeping. If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your book arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@riottime.com.au with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the damage or defect

We'll assess your claim promptly and arrange a replacement, refund or store credit. 

What we can't accept returns for

• Books that have been read, written in or damaged after delivery
• Items without proof of purchase
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
